The Sweetheart cottage has one year residential lease option for the 3 bedroom single family home. The monthly lease payment includes a $65 credit for water, sewer and stormwater sewer expenses; which the tennent is responsible for. Any amount over the credit is invoiced quarterly to the tennant.

The Sweetheart Cottage is tucked away on a no-outlet street on a shaded lot! The 3 bedroom home lease includes many extras for your comfort and saves you time and money.
The layout! The home has two first floor bedrooms and a large third bedroom on the second floor. Enjoy the updated bathroom, a large living room, kitchen, utility room, breezeway and a one car attached garage with extra storage. Relax the park-like backyard while sitting on the deck under shade trees or hang out on the front porch.
Now we're cookin! The kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, refrigertator, microwave and pleanty of cabinets.
Cha-ching! The lease includes use of a washer, dryer, water softener, lawn mower and some yard tools! Almost forget, includes use of window treatments too!
Feel the heat! The home has a gas central furnace to keep you toasty warm!
Keepin it Cool Enjoy cool days amd nights with central air conditioning and ceiling fans two bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen! The shade trees also keeps it cool!
Cottage Rules: No smoking in the home or property. Parking in the garage and driveway, with no overnight parking in the street. Unfortunately pets are not permitted. Other items are contained in the lease. We appreciate your cooperation. Thank you!
